Mise En Place

A good table setting indicates elegance, good manner and attention to your guests.
The table needs to be covered by a padded protector in order to muffle the sound of dishes and glasses.
The tablecloth needs to follow the type of wedding reception and each setting needs to be arranged 60 cm from the other.
Forks are placed to the left of the dinner plate, knives to the right with the blade towards the plate.
Different types of glasses are placed to the right and the bread plate to the left.
Setting up a nice centrepiece with fresh but not fragrant flowers and candles to decorate the table without disturbing the view of the diners is very important.
Menu and place cards have to harmonize with the mise en place.
